As a Celebrant at a baby naming ceremony, my role is to guide the parents and guests through a meaningful and joyous occasion as they welcome their child into the community and bestow upon them a name.

I can offer a blessing, wish or affirmation for the child’s future, expressing hopes and aspirations for their health, happiness, and well-being. I can incorporate a reading or poem that reflects the theme of new beginnings, family, or love, and choose a piece that resonates with the parents and guests, and which adds depth and meaning to the ceremony.

My role is to create a meaningful and memorable experience that honours the child and celebrates their entry into the world. Each ceremony is unique, and very personal.
